During my 30-year career as a communications professional in the life sciences sector, I have helped numerous women develop their confidence, find their voices, and achieve what they believed was unthinkable. As a strategic communications advisor, I have collaborated with executives and project teams to articulate their goals and develop clear execution plans that have led to measurable success.

Throughout my corporate career, I was most energized by people-centric activities, such as developing and launching a mentoring program; connecting individuals and projects to increase organizational impact; and leading diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. This is where my passion lives.

So, I left my secure corporate job to focus my energy on what matters most to me…building relationships with women to help them imagine “what if,” empower them to take the risk, co-create an action plan, and ultimately achieve their goals.
